01 / YOUR BUSINESS01 — 08
We understand your DNA.
MahiMarkets is a B2B trading-technology firm founded in 2010 by David and Susan Cooney, both veterans of institutional FX who sat on the dealing floor in the early days of electronic trading. Originally the retail broker MahiFX, the company closed its retail platform in 2019 and rebranded to MahiMarkets to become a pure technology provider. It now supplies institutional-grade, multi-asset pricing, risk-management and execution technology to banks, brokers and proprietary trading firms, across FX, metals, commodities, oils, CFDs, crypto, single stocks and options. The engine has been built and hardened over fifteen years against live market conditions, with centres of excellence in London, New York and Tokyo and a 2026 expansion into Dubai’s DIFC, where MahiMarkets is bringing an agentic-AI pricing and risk engine to the Gulf.

What sets you apart
MahiMarkets is not another white-label feed. It is the same calibre of pricing and risk engine that Tier-1 banks run, packaged for brokers and prop firms that cannot build it in-house. Because the founders came off the trading floor, the engine is built around the economics that actually matter to a dealing desk: internalising flow, capturing spread instead of paying it away to liquidity providers, and controlling the risk book in real time. The 2026 agentic-AI layer takes this further, with specialist AI agents that manage pricing, spreads and exposure autonomously, so a desk steers strategy rather than watching screens.
What we will push on your behalf
Two angles, matched to who opens the email. For CEOs, CFOs and Heads of Risk: stop paying your spread and margin away to liquidity providers, and internalise pricing while controlling your risk book with an engine a trading desk actually built, so you keep more of every trade. For the faster-moving brokers and prop firms scaling into new asset classes: run pricing, spreads and risk on autopilot with the agentic-AI engine, so the team pilots strategy instead of monitoring exposure around the clock. Both land on the same pains every desk feels in 2026: margin leaking to liquidity providers, risk blow-ups on volatile books, and the cost of a dealing desk that never sleeps.
02 / YOUR MARKET02 — 08
A market identified and qualified.
We start from the global universe of multi-asset brokers and proprietary trading firms in your target zones: the UK, Australia, the US, the UAE and the wider Asian hubs. On the broker side, roughly 1,400 regulated multi-asset and FX/CFD brokers across these jurisdictions (CySEC alone licenses over 240, alongside the FCA, ASIC, DFSA, the US NFA/CFTC and the Asian regulators). On the prop-firm side, around 600 firms that carry real market risk and could buy pricing and risk technology, deliberately screening out the shell operators after the 2025 consolidation. Banks and Tier-2/3 institutions, your historic market, are left out of this count to stay conservative. The combined working universe is around 2,000 target firms, sized as companies rather than individual seats.
~2,000
firms identified
~1,400 regulated multi-asset & FX/CFD brokers + ~600 viable proprietary trading firms across the UK, Australia, the US, the UAE and Asia
~1,000
contactable prospects
after applying the 50% ratio (named decision-maker + business email findable and verified)
~17
commercial opportunities
over 12 months (weighted mean of the 4 scenarios, 4 emails per prospect)
~3
potential new clients
over 12 months (B2B average closing rate: 20%) — each a multi-year pricing and risk technology contract, so a single close can underwrite the campaign several times over
How we build this database
We cross-reference the regulator registers (FCA, ASIC, CySEC, DFSA, the US NFA/CFTC and the Asian authorities), the prop-firm directories (propfirms.com and the review aggregators), the industry press (Finance Magnates, FX News Group, FinanceFeeds, TradeInformer, LeapRate), iFX EXPO and Forex Expo exhibitor and speaker lists, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and corporate filings to identify decision-makers that match your criteria. Every contact is then verified and enriched by AI: role check, business email validation, last-12-month news scrape per firm. Impossible to do manually across a few thousand brokers and prop firms — this is what makes qualification possible at scale.
Why 50% are contactable
Founders, CEOs, COOs, CFOs and Heads of Trading or Risk at brokers and prop firms are rarely listed in public databases with their direct business email, and many firms sit behind holding structures and offshore entities. This 50% ratio is deliberately conservative for the segment — senior trading-industry contacts typically yield 40% to 60% verified emails through Sales Nav, Apollo, Hunter and our enrichment stack — so the projections you read are realistic rather than optimistic. For the largest listed players we route to a reachable owner of the pricing or risk P&L rather than a gatekept group CEO.
This sizing is the conservative, companies-as-unit version of the addressable base, and it deliberately excludes your historic bank and Tier-2/3 institution market. We can tighten it (prop firms only, or a single region to start) or widen it (add the institutional universe, or count several decision-makers per firm) once Phase 1 of the campaign has run. The number to remember: each close is a multi-year technology contract, so the closings count in the funnel is not the only signal that matters.
03 / PROSPECT SAMPLE03 — 08
10 companies identified by our AI.
Before launching at full scale, we always start with a sample of 10 real prospects, picked across both segments — brokers and proprietary trading firms — to demonstrate the approach works for both. For each one we identify a named decision-maker, surface a recent verifiable signal, and explain why the prospect fits MahiMarkets’ pricing, risk and execution offer. The same method will then be applied to your full database of ~1,000 contactable decision-makers.
For each prospect, our AI identifies a concrete signal: a recent piece of news, an acquisition, a senior hire, a strategic role change, a published statement. That signal justifies why to reach out now and provides the foundation for personalising the email.
This sample mixes five proprietary trading firms (FundingPips, Alpha Capital, Topstep, Take Profit Trader, Hola Prime) with five multi-asset brokers (ThinkMarkets, Axi, Fusion Markets, Equiti, Tickmill) across the UK, Australia, the US and the UAE — a preview of what your full database will look like. You will have the opportunity to validate it and steer us before the campaign goes live.
01
FundingPips
Khaled Ayesh·Owner & CEO
Dubai-based proprietary trading firm founded 2022, funded-account evaluations across FX, indices, commodities and crypto, now vertically integrating into brokerage.
SIGNAL DETECTED
November 2025: FundingPips launched Tradin, its own regulated brokerage platform, moving from pure prop into broker-dealer territory. In May 2026 it launched PRIME, a scaling programme to $2M of funded capital with a dedicated trading floor and investor capital routed through Tradin. Named a top “Rising Star” in Deloitte’s Middle East & Cyprus Technology Fast 50 (2025).
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR MAHIMARKETS
By standing up Tradin, FundingPips now prices multi-asset instruments and carries real client-flow risk itself, which is exactly MahiMarkets’ pricing, risk and execution domain. A prop firm building a broker in-house is a prime candidate to buy a pricing and risk engine rather than build one, and its Dubai HQ sits directly on MahiMarkets’ DIFC 2026 footprint.
02
Alpha Capital Group
George Kohler·Founder & CEO
London-based multi-asset prop / funded-trader firm active in 140+ countries, with a sister futures brand, Alpha Futures.
SIGNAL DETECTED
Alpha reported approaching $100M in cumulative performance-fee payouts to its funded traders, while building out Alpha Futures (incorporated April 2024) and its own ACG Markets brokerage brand alongside the CFD prop book.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR MAHIMARKETS
Running a CFD prop book, a futures brand and a brokerage means Alpha carries genuine market and payout exposure across several product lines. An automated pricing and risk engine that internalises flow and controls exposure across those lines speaks straight to the founder who owns that P&L.
03
Topstep
Michael Patak·Founder & CEO
Chicago-based futures prop / funded-trader firm since 2012, the original US futures evaluation firm, on the TopstepX platform.
SIGNAL DETECTED
Early 2026: Topstep launched Topstep Brokerage, an introducing broker letting individual accounts be funded by direct transfer of prop payouts, and acquired The Futures Desk (April 2026), bringing new trading technology into TopstepX.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR MAHIMARKETS
Moving into brokerage and integrating acquired trading tech means Topstep now needs institutional-grade pricing, risk and execution rather than off-the-shelf routing. Managing risk and payout exposure across a large funded-trader base is exactly what an automated risk engine is built to solve.
04
Take Profit Trader
James Sixsmith·Founder & CEO
Florida-based futures funded-trader firm founded 2022 with a trader-first positioning, growing fast.
SIGNAL DETECTED
October 2025: Take Profit Trader announced a technology partnership to offer NinjaTrader Prop and Tradovate Prop via NT Technologies, with founder James Sixsmith quoted. The firm also made senior leadership hires in September 2025 amid roughly 375% headcount growth.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR MAHIMARKETS
A firm actively adding trading-platform and tech partnerships is investing in its execution and infrastructure stack, a warm moment to introduce an institutional pricing and agentic-AI risk engine that manages funded-trader payout exposure rather than leaving it to manual controls.
05
Hola Prime
Somesh Kapuria·Founder & CEO
Global proprietary trading firm founded 2024 with a Dubai presence and offices in the UK, Hong Kong, Cyprus and India, known for fast payouts.
SIGNAL DETECTED
July 2025: Hola Prime launched Hola Prime Futures (billed as the first futures prop firm with one-hour withdrawals) and added MetaTrader 4, taking it to five trading platforms. It won Fastest Payout Prop Firm at iFX EXPO Dubai 2026 and Most Transparent Prop Firm 2025.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR MAHIMARKETS
Expanding into futures across five platforms multiplies the pricing surfaces and the risk it must manage, a clean fit for MahiMarkets’ multi-asset pricing and risk engine. An active Dubai presence and iFX Dubai visibility line up with the Gulf strategy.
06
ThinkMarkets
Nauman Anees·Co-Founder & CEO
Multi-regulated retail FX/CFD broker on its proprietary ThinkTrader platform, across 165+ countries, with Melbourne roots and a London base.
SIGNAL DETECTED
October 2025: ThinkMarkets added synthetic indices to ThinkTrader — algorithm-generated Volatility, Boom, Crash and Jump indices trading 24/7, with CEO Nauman Anees quoted in the launch. The group owns its technology stack and runs a prop-trading arm, ThinkCapital.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR MAHIMARKETS
Synthetic indices are 100% internally priced instruments with no external liquidity provider, exactly the book where MahiMarkets’ pricing and risk engine adds value: ThinkMarkets must generate its own price feeds and manage volatility exposure in-house rather than pass flow to an LP. As a proprietary-platform broker expanding its multi-asset range, it is a strong fit for institutional pricing, internalisation and agentic-AI risk tooling.
07
Axi
Rajesh Yohannan·Chief Executive Officer
Global multi-asset FX/CFD broker headquartered in Sydney (FX, indices, commodities, crypto), led by an ex-OANDA and Citi executive.
SIGNAL DETECTED
May 2026: Axi Markets Mauritius received a full-service Category SEC-2.1B Investment Dealer licence. Axi also expanded crypto perpetuals past 150 contracts, hired a former eToro risk executive, and opened a Bangalore technology and product centre.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR MAHIMARKETS
A new full-dealer licence, a crypto-perpetuals expansion and a senior risk hire together signal a firm actively building out its dealing and risk-management capability, a strong internalisation and pricing-tech buyer with a CEO who came up through the institutional trading side.
08
Fusion Markets
Phil Horner·Founder & CEO
Low-cost Melbourne-based FX/CFD broker (120+ instruments), founded by a former APAC CEO of Pepperstone.
SIGNAL DETECTED
Fusion integrated TradingView so clients trade its instruments directly on TradingView charts, and is expanding into soft commodities (cocoa, wheat, sugar, coffee), widening its multi-asset range.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR MAHIMARKETS
A low-cost model lives and dies on spread economics, so internalising pricing and controlling the risk book instead of paying spread to liquidity providers is core to Fusion’s margin. New asset classes increase the pricing and risk surface, and the founder is a hands-on ex-broker executive who understands the cost-of-flow argument immediately.
09
Equiti Group
Iskandar Najjar·Co-Founder & Group CEO
Established multi-asset (FX and CFD) fintech broker with deep MENA roots, global regulation and a multi-office UAE footprint.
SIGNAL DETECTED
August 2025: Equiti announced a trio of senior executive promotions and launched a wealth-tech platform. It was named Best Middle East Broker at Forex Expo Dubai 2025, and Najjar spoke on wealthtech and AI at Abu Dhabi Finance Week in November 2025. Equiti holds one of the first UAE SCA OTC-derivatives licences.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR MAHIMARKETS
A genuine multi-asset broker carrying real market risk and internalising flow is the core buyer profile for pricing, risk and execution technology. The CEO’s public interest in AI and wealthtech makes the agentic-AI pricing and risk engine a natural pitch, and the UAE HQ is a direct DIFC strategic fit.
10
Tickmill
Derek Wilks·Group CFO
Global multi-asset FX and CFD broker (FX, indices, commodities, stocks, bonds, futures), London operating base, regulated across the FCA, CySEC, DFSA and more.
SIGNAL DETECTED
Tickmill opened new offices in Kuwait City (October 2025) and Oman (July 2025) as part of a MENA expansion, and wrapped a record 2025 — $2.36T of client trading volume, 123 million trades, 32% headcount growth — with 2026 plans explicitly focused on execution quality.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR MAHIMARKETS
At $2.36T of volume, the spread paid away to liquidity providers is a material cost line, and Tickmill has publicly named execution quality as its 2026 priority. That makes an in-house pricing and risk-internalisation engine a direct margin play, with the Group CFO the natural owner of a cost-of-liquidity conversation.
04 / AI PERSONALISATION04 — 08
Emails that look written by hand.
The difference between an email that gets ignored and an email that gets a reply is rarely the offer itself, it is the first sentence. When a CEO, CFO or Head of Trading at a broker or prop firm opens an email and reads a sentence that names a product they just launched, a licence they just won, or something they themselves said on a panel, the email earns the right to keep going. Cold is Gold’s AI workflow extracts those facts at scale across thousands of broker and prop-firm prospects, then weaves them into the opening line of each email so every message reads as if a human spent two minutes researching the recipient. No flattery, no horoscope copy, no “I came across your website” generic openings, just a precise, verifiable fact in the prospect’s own vocabulary, tied directly to the MahiMarkets pitch.
The principle: when a founder or Head of Risk reads the email, they should think “this person looked into us”, not “this is a bot”. Every opening sentence cites a precise, verifiable fact in trading-industry vocabulary — pricing, spread, internalisation, risk book, liquidity providers, exposure, funded-trader payouts, execution quality.
Here are the 3 types of signals we would use to personalise every email sent on your behalf, stacked from most-findable to most-personal so the AI pipeline always has a clean fallback.
1
Recent product launch or new asset class
What we look forThe most recent material product move in the last 6 to 18 months: a new asset class (futures, crypto perpetuals, synthetic indices), a new venture such as an in-house brokerage, a new platform integration, or a scaling programme that widens what the firm must price and risk-manage itself.

2
A new licence, entity or market entry
What we look forA new regulatory licence, a new regulated entity, or a new office in a fresh jurisdiction in the last 12 months, each meaning a new book to price and risk-manage under that regime.

3
A public statement on pricing, risk or execution
What we look forSomething the named decision-maker personally said in the last 12 months about execution quality, pricing, internalisation, risk control or AI: a panel quote at iFX EXPO or Forex Expo, a trade-press interview, a LinkedIn post, or a CEO commentary inside the firm’s year-end results.

“You flagged execution quality as the 2026 priority after a $2.36T volume year, so the spread handed to liquidity providers on that volume is now a real line item, and that’s exactly the number we help brokers bring down.”

The personalised sentences above slot into a short, natural-sounding sequence. Here is what the opening email could look like, sent to Khaled Ayesh, Owner & CEO of FundingPips, signed by MahiMarkets’ co-founder Susan Cooney.
FromSusan Cooney · MahiMarketsTokhaled@fundingpips.comSubjectTradin, and the spread you’re now keeping
Hi Khaled,
Saw Tradin go live in November and PRIME follow in May, so FundingPips is pricing and carrying the risk on its own flow now rather than routing it out. The part I wanted to put to you is where the spread you used to pay away starts coming back.
We’re MahiMarkets. We build the multi-asset pricing, risk and execution engine that banks and brokers run, the same stack that lets a desk internalise flow and control its risk book in real time across FX, metals, commodities, crypto and more.
The wedge for a firm standing up a brokerage like Tradin is not the technology for its own sake, it is capturing the spread you currently hand to liquidity providers and managing the exposure automatically, with an agentic-AI layer that prices and hedges while your team steers strategy.
Worth a fifteen-minute call to see how much of that flow you could internalise?

Bonjour Sophie,

Forgive the direct email but we partner with creators who are really into Japanese gins, and who'd love to feature your Etsu Pacific Ocean Water bottle.
These creators are followed by thousands of gin enthusiasts — the kind who don't just drink it, they talk about it. The content they can produce will instantly grow your community on @etsugin and generate a lot of sales (ROI is positive in a few days).
May I show you a few of their profiles?

Bonjour Jeremy,
Laurianne

Phase 6
Reporting Ongoing
Good to know: phases 2, 3 and 4 run in parallel with the technical setup (phase 1). Concretely, during the 1-month technical warm-up we build your database and write your sequence — so the first emails go out from week 5.
Phase 1 — Technical setup
Creation of dedicated sending domains, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, opening and setting up the email addresses, launch of the warm-up (1 month). No action required on your side.
Phase 2 — Workshop (1h)
A structured working session to define together the structure of the database, the tone of voice for the emails, and to gather your case studies and key differentiators. This phase runs in parallel with phase 1 (Technical setup).
Phase 3 — Sequence copywriting
First draft, feedback rounds and optimisations with you, then layering in the AI personalisation (the signals shown above). We validate the overall email content with you before moving on to the database.
Phase 4 — Database build
We assemble a sample of prospects (like the 10 above) for you to validate. Once approved, we build the full database with quality control: field verification, contact qualification.
Phase 5 — Campaign launch
Sending starts as soon as the warm-up is complete. First results within the first week. Real-time tracking: open rate, reply rate, opportunities generated.
Phase 6 — Reporting & optimisation
Real-time reporting through our platform. Continuous adjustments and A/B testing on subject lines, opening sentences and sequences. Regular monthly or quarterly check-ins depending on results.

Our commitment
At least 38 qualified opportunities over 12 months. If missed → billing frozen until catch-up.
How the guarantee works in 3 clauses.
D0 · Launch
CLAUSE.01
Our commitment
We commit to generating at least — opportunities per month, i.e. — opportunities over — months. This target matches the low scenario of our projections (10% of our clients' campaigns).
M+1 · Check
CLAUSE.02
If we fall short of the target
As soon as a month closes below — opportunities, your billing is immediately frozen. Concretely: you stop paying from that month onwards, until we have fully caught up the cumulative shortfall. You never pay for a month where we don't deliver on our commitment.
M+3 · Limit
CLAUSE.03
If the shortfall persists over 3 consecutive months
Termination is possible at no cost. We keep working at our own expense during those 3 months of shortfall; beyond that, we acknowledge the failure and you are no longer billable for what follows.
Dynamic values
The figures shown in these clauses are not fixed: they are recalculated automatically based on the parameters set in your simulation above. The final contractual commitment will depend on the parameters validated together at the start of the engagement.
Contractual definition of an opportunity: a prospect responding positively to one of our prospecting emails — either an information request or a meeting request.
In addition to fees, 3 technical costs to plan for.
The first is a one-off investment that you own for life — your prospects remain yours, even if you stop working with us. The other two are monthly technical subscriptions, essential for any cold email campaign.

A FINAL WORD
This document is not a sales pitch. It is a projection built on the real numbers from our campaigns — the scenarios presented are not promises, they are averages observed across our clients.
Our method has been operational for several years. It works as soon as the fundamentals are in place: a clearly identified market, a differentiating positioning, a measured closing rate. MahiMarkets has all three.
Our conviction is that we can install for you a steady stream of qualified opportunities with brokers and prop firms over the next 12 months — with indicators we steer together, month after month.
Whenever you want to talk about it concretely, we are here.
